Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Description: Shopkeepers will get biweekly summarized reports of AGYW customer feedback, gold stars reflecting the level of AGYW customer feedback (e.g., 1-5 star rating) will be placed in the shop in a visible location, and shopkeepers will be invited to an awards ceremony every 6 months to recognize shopkeepers who receive high levels of positive AGYW customer feedback Harnessing prosocial and social image motivations for behavior change: The investigators will collect AGYW customer feedback using a short USSD-based survey and randomize whether shopkeepers receive 1) No feedback; 2) Private feedback; or 3) Public feedback
