Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: 3.5 mg/kg POS (2<7 Years Old)
Description: Children 2 to less than 7 years of age received posaconazole (POS) at 3.5 mg/kg by intravenous (IV) solution twice on Day 1, then once daily on Days 2-10. This was followed by treatment with 3.5 mg/kg POS once daily by powder for oral suspension (PFS) for a minimum of 10 days; or, if they were unwilling or unable to tolerate POS PFS, continued treatment with POS IV.
