Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Arm A - Surgery, Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy
Description: Patients undergo surgery within 42 days of completion of pre-registration chemotherapy. Beginning within 49 days of surgery, patients receive 5-FU IV continuously and capecitabine PO BID on days 1-7, and undergo 3D-CRT or IMRT QD on days 1-5. Treatment continues for 5 weeks in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
