Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: CART-19 T Cells
Description: The subject's thawed T cells will be modified in one or two different ways that will allow the cells to identify and kill the tumor cells (B cells). The T cells will be infused over 10-15 minutes on days Days 0, and 1. Day 14 is tentative based on response. CART-19: Day 0: 10% of total dose Day 1: 30% of total dose if patient is stable (no significant toxicity) from prior dose.
