Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Lenalidomide
Description: Participants received lenalidomide 25 mg orally once daily for 21 days in each 28-day cycle until progressive disease. For participants with creatinine clearance ≥ 30 mL/min but \< 60 mL/min, lenalidomide 10 mg once daily for 21 days for 2 cycles. After Cycle 2 the dose may have been increased to a maximum of 15 mg lenalidomide once daily for 21 days in each 28-day cycle. Treatment was continued until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, or voluntary withdrawal.
