Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Description: Infants and children with diagnosed conditions whose parents enroll in the study and consent to having their child sequenced will have saliva samples obtained and whole exome sequencing will be done on extracted DNA. Diagnosed, whole exome sequencing: In addition to returning results of conditions associated with a child's phenotype, investigators will also analyze genes that are associated with conditions that have childhood onset and are medically actionable.
