Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Event Group path is as follows:

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Group

Title: LY3209590 Algorithm 1 (Paper)
Description: Algorithm 1 is a paper-based algorithm where dose adjustments were manually determined by the investigator based on fasting glucose and hypoglycemia data. LY3209590 was provided in a 20 mg vial of reconstitutable lyophilized powder. Participants received individualized LY3209590 loading dose based on the baseline median fasting glucose and body weight by SC injection on day 1 followed by weekly adjustments for the first 12 weeks, then every 4 weeks, of a 26-week treatment period, to achieve target fasting glucose of \<=100 mg/dL.
