Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Event Group path is as follows:

Title: STA-9090 Cohort B
Description: Patients enrolled into two possible cohorts based on tumor expression of BRAF: Cohort A - BRAF mutant disease or Cohort B - BRAF wild type. Cohort B patients received STA-9090 150 mg/m2 twice weekly (d1, 4, 8, 11, 15, 18 of 28 day cycle). Patients were treated until evidence of disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, intercurrent illness or withdrawal.
