Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Pediatric Cohort: Maximum NK Cell/Number kg
Description: * Lymphodepleting Preparative Regimen: Patients receive fludarabine phosphate IV over 1 hour on days -6 to -2 and cyclophosphamide IV over 2 hours on days -5 and -4. * Donor Leukapheresis: Peripheral blood cells are collected from haploidentical related donors on Day -1 * CIML NK Cells: Patients undergo CIML NK cell infusion on Day 0 * Subcutaneous IL-2 will begin approximately 2-4 hours after infusion and will continue every other day through Day 12 for a total of 7 doses
