Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: TAK-659 60mg + R-CHOP
Description: Patients receive rituximab IV, cyclophosphamide IV, doxorubicin hydrochloride IV over 3-5 minutes, and vincristine sulfate IV on day 1, and prednisone PO on days 1-5. Treatment repeats every 21 days for up to 6 courses in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Beginning in cycle 2, patients also receive spleen tyrosine kinase inhibitor TAK-659 Dose Level 1 PO QD on days 1-21. Treatment repeats every 21 days for up to 5 courses in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity.
