Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Varenicline Directly Observed Therapy
Description: Subjects in the directly observed therapy (DOT) arm will receive varenicline directly administered by methadone clinic nurses 4-6 times per week at the same time as they receive methadone, as well as individually packaged take-home doses for self administration on evenings/weekends. Varenicline: Varenicline, titrated to 1 mg twice daily, will be given to participants in both study arms for 12 weeks.
