Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Event Group path is as follows:

Title: >30% Pain Relief
Description: All subjects have radicular pain and are scheduled to receive an epidural steroid injection (ESI) as a treatment. The ESI treatment is conducted by the subject's clinical physician and is not given as part of the research study procedures. Quantitative Sensory Testing (QST) will be conducted before and after the ESI treatment. QST consists of hot and cold temperature testing using the QST device. This group of subjects received greater than 30% pain relief.
