Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Treatment
Description: Patients receive a conditioning regimen comprising fludarabine IV on days -4 to -2 and rituximab IV on days -3, 10, 24, and 38. Patients undergo single fraction low-dose TBI on day 0. After completion of TBI, patients undergo allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation on day 0. Patients then receive rituximab IV on days 10, 24, and 38. Patients receive an immunosuppressive regimen comprising cyclosporine PO BID on days -3 to 56 followed by a taper to day 180 (related recipients) or on days -3 to 100 followed by a taper to day 180 (unrelated recipients). Patients also receive mycophenolate mofetil PO BID on days 0-27 (related recipients) or TID on days 0-40 followed by a taper to day 96 (unrelated recipients).
