Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: ET: Ruxolitinib 10 mg BID
Description: Participants with Essential Thrombocythemia received 10 mg Ruxolitinib orally twice a day (BID) for 56 days (two 28-day cycles) during the dose-ranging phase. After patients completed 2 cycles of treatment at the randomized dose, Investigators were permitted to adjust the dose/regimen on an individual basis to achieve an optimal balance of efficacy and safety. Treatment continued until a patient met a withdrawal criterion, had intolerable toxicity, progression of disease, or withdrew consent.
