Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Insulin Degludec
Description: Participants were to receive once daily s.c. injection of Insulin degludec for 26 weeks, using PDS290 prefilled pen-injector at a dose in accordance with local label. Participants were to perform once daily SMPG. The dose was adjusted based on 3 pre-breakfast SMPG values measured on the 2 previous days and the day of the contact. If at least one pre-breakfast SMPG value was: \< 4.4 mmol/L: dose reduced by 20 U; 4.4-7.2 mmol/L: no adjustment; \> 7.2 mmol/L: dose increased by 20 U.
