Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Event Group path is as follows:

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Group

The target cell dose for each NK cell infusion will be up to 1 X 10(7) CD56+ cells/kg patient weight with less than 0.5 X 10(6) CD3+ cells/kg patient weight. The first NK cell infusion will be administered 6 weeks post transplant in patients who have ≤ grade II acute graft-versus host disease (aGVHD) at the time of infusion. Patients will be evaluated for toxicity and response until 20 weeks after the last NK Infusion.
