Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Title: Celecoxib
Description: •Neoadjuvant chemotherapy: Patients receive docetaxel IV over 1 hour on days 1, 8, and 15, oral capecitabine twice daily on days 1-14, and oral celecoxib twice daily on days 1-21. Courses repeat every 3 weeks for 4 courses in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Patients then receive doxorubicin hydrochloride IV and cyclophosphamide IV once daily on day 1, oral celecoxib twice daily on days 1-14, and filgrastim subcutaneously once daily on days 3-10. Courses repeat every 2 weeks for 4 courses in the absence of disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Celecoxib is stopped one week prior to surgery. •Surgery: standard of care
