Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Description: Participants who received no treatment for Myelofibrosis (MF) in at least two weeks were assigned to treatment with single agent PRM-151 at a dose of 10 milligram per kilogram (mg/kg) administered as a 30 minute intravenous (IV) infusion on Days 1, 3, 5, 8, 15, and 22 of Cycle 1 and Days 1, 8, 15 and 22 of each subsequent 28 day cycle for six cycles.
