Event Group

Event Groups are part of the Adverse Events Module within the Results Section. They provide a way to organize and summarize adverse event data by grouping related events together.

Each Event Group typically represents a category or class of adverse events and includes statistical information such as the number of participants affected and at risk for different event types: deaths, serious events, and other events.

Event Group path is as follows:

Study -> Results Section -> Adverse Events Module -> Event Group

Description: Unmanipulated Bone Marrow Graft with Cyclophosphamide Unmanipulated BM grafts will be administered on Day 0 to all patients according to individual institutional guidelines after appropriate processing and quantification has been performed by the local laboratory. Stem cells are administered through an indwelling central venous catheter. If infusion occurs over two days, Day 0 is the first day the infusion is initiated. Mesna dose will be based on the cyclophosphamide dose being given. The total daily dose of Mesna is equal to 80% of the total daily dose of cyclophosphamide. Cyclophosphamide 50 mg/kg will be given on Day 3 post-transplant (between 60 and 72 hours after marrow infusion) and on Day 4 post-transplant (approximately 24 hours after Day 3 cyclophosphamide).
