* Having unilateral symptom of wrist pain
* Scheduled for corticosteroid injection or surgery
Exclusion Criteria:
* Individuals less than 18 years of age.
* Prior surgery.
* People considered in "vulnerable" populations.
* Having bilateral symptoms
