Inclusion Criteria:
1. Healthcare providers for patients diagnosed with inflammatory arthritis.
2. Physicians, nurses, occupational therapist, physiotherapists, social workers and other healthcare providers.
3. 18 years of age or older.
4. Able to participate in a 1 hour interview.
5. Ontario residents
6. Fluent in English
