Inclusion Criteria:
* confirmed HIV-1 infection,
* age at enrolment ≥18 years,
* ART naïve (women exposed through PMTCT are eligible),
* consent to participate.
Exclusion Criteria:
* negative for HIV,
* age at enrolment \<18 years,
* ART experienced (excepted PMTCT),
* not consenting to participate.
