* Distraction test +ive (alleviate symptoms)
* Pain, paresthesia and numbness in Rt/Lt UL in dermatomal pattern of median nerve
* MRI confirmed spondylosis or disc herniation
* Age 35-60
Exclusion Criteria:
* • Cervical spine fracture
* RA
* Cervical myelopathy
* Systemic neurological conditions
* Osteoporosis
