* Whole organ transplantation
* Agreement for a 1 year follow-up
* Informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* Liver disease secondary to clotting abnormalities
* Uncontrolled bacterial or viral disease at the time of transplantation
* Combined transplantations
