Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Newly diagnosed with HNC,
* Aged older than 18 years,
* Without receiving any radiotherapy prior to surgery,
* No cognitive impairment and able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese
Exclusion Criteria:
\- Undergoing any concurrent treatment for cancer.
