* Stroke 1 to 5 years ago
* Living in Gästrikland
* Post Stroke Fatigue ( S-FAS ≥ 24)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Severe stroke (Modified Rankin Scale \>3)
* Depression ( Geriatric Depression Scale \>5)
