* Clinical findings highly suggestive of advanced ovarian epithelial cancer undergoing surgery for definitive diagnosis and staging
* ≥ 65 years of age
Exclusion Criteria:
* Prior diagnosis of ovarian cancer
* Inability to read and speak English
* Inability to comply with study requirements
