Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Children (age 1- 17) who present with hypertrophic scarring following an acute injury or burn, with stable closed scars at least 3 months post wound closure.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Outside of age limits described above.
* Contraindications to general anesthesia.
* Open wounds in scars.
* Active infection.
