* All patients must diagnosed mild to moderate chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
* All patients should have foreward head and kyphosis
Exclusion Criteria:
* History of osteoporosis.
* Acute exacerbation.
* Presence of active hemoptysis
* Presence of malignant disease
