* Diagnosis of MDD and/or GAD
* Ability to speak and read English
* Consistent and reliable access to the internet
Exclusion Criteria:
* Active psychosis
* Acute mania
* Severe alcohol or substance use disorder
* Active suicidal or homicidal ideation
* Participant receiving another form of psychotherapy
