* Patients with symptomatic BPH.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patients with indwelling catheters
* Recent antibiotic use
* Immunocompromised states (e.g., HIV, HCV)
* Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (Hemoglobin A1c \> 7%)
* Steroid therapy
* Those who declined to provide consent
