* Genetically confirmed RASopathy
* Age 3-25 years
Exclusion Criteria:
* Previous radiotherapy treatments, known exposure to ionizing radiation
* Iodine deficiency
* Use of iodine-based compounds or drugs that interfere with thyroid function
* Congenital hypothyroidism/hyperthyroidism
* Severe obesity with metabolic complications
