* No cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic and neurological disorders
Exclusion Criteria:
* Body mass index \> 28 kg.m-2
* Smoker
* Alcool intake \> 10g/day
* Psychiatric diseases
* Subjects under treatment able to interfere with their cardiovascular, metabolic and neurological status
