* \>= 19 years of age
* undergoing planned cardiac catheterization
Exclusion Criteria:
* \< 19 years of age
* acute coronary syndrome
* decompensated heart failure
* not in sinus rhythm
* \> mild MR
* hypertensive urgency/emergency
* severe aortic stenosis
* poor echo windows for Doppler imaging
