Inclusion Criteria:
* People attending the ED with symptoms of AAS, including those with new-onset chest, back or abdominal pain, syncope or symptoms related to malperfusion.
* ≥16 years old
Exclusion Criteria:
* No symptoms of AAS.
* \<16 years old
