Inclusion Criteria:
1. Women with histological confirmation of breast cancer.
2. Planned to receive multi-disciplinary curative active cancer directed treatment.
3. Aware of their diagnosis and treatment plan.
4. Willingness to participate in study.
5. Patient able to read and comprehend Hindi and Marathi. -
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group 4
2. Unable to read and fill the questionnaire -
