Inclusion Criteria:
• Clinically diagnosed with stage III or IV periodontitis according to the EFP/AAP 2017 criteria.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Periodontal treatment, antibiotics, NSAIDs, immunosuppressants during the last 6 months.
* Pregnancy.
* Systemic diseases.
