* College freshmen
* Traditional college age
* BMI from 18.5-29.9.
Exclusion Criteria:
* Neurological problem
* Head injury
* Sleep disorder
* Mood disorder
* Anxiety disorder
* Substance use disorder
* Psychosis
* Suicidal ideation/plan
* Lacking the ability to be ambulatory
* Pregnancy
