* Laparoscopic distal gastrectomy to early gastric cancer
* D1 plus or D2 lymphadenectomy
* Provide signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* postoperative conditions affecting LDG
* pregnancy
* advanced gastric cancer
* D1 lymphadenectomy
* Total or subtotal gastrectomy
* unsuitable condition
