* Histopathologically confirmed NSCLC
* Considered multiple or multifocal primary lung cancer by clinical criteria
Exclusion Criteria:
* Malignant tumor history within the past 5 years
* Patients who received any treatment prior to resection
* Insufficient tumor tissue or blood sample
