* Patients who undergo carotid ultrasound examination for screening of atherosclerosis
Exclusion Criteria:
* Cerebrovascular events within the last 12 months
* Acute coronary syndrome, coronary and peripheral intervention within the last 6 months
* Uncontrolled heart failure
* Other severe systemic diseases
