* Patients in emergency department that have indication for conventional intubation
* Age \> 18 yr
Exclusion Criteria:
* Patient who undergo RSI
* Patient who falls in cardiac arrest airway algorithm
* Patient who is currently pregnancy
* Known allergy to lidocaine
