* placement of prophylactic pancreatic stent to prevent post-ERCP-pancreatitis
* age of at least 18 years
* written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
* diseases that prevent sonography, x-ray or esophagogastroduodenoscopy
* no given consent
* other indication for pancreatic stenting
