Inclusion Criteria:
* Children of either sex aged 2-5 years
* Eligible for screening
* Written informed consent from parents
* Free from any chronic illness
* Free from any recent illness
* Apparently healthy without known underlying illness
Exclusion Criteria:
* Children below -2SD of the NCHS reference median
* Severe parasitic and helminthic load
* Presence of enteric pathogen in stool
* History of diarrhoea in the preceding 2 weeks.
