* Diagnosis of HIT suspected
* Admitted in our surgical intensive care unit during the study period
Exclusion Criteria:
* Age \< 18 years old
* Pregnancy and/or breast feeding
* Fondaparinux anticoagulation
* Withdrawal of consent
