* The patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty
Exclusion Criteria:
* Systolic blood pressure measured at ward \> 200mmHg
* Thigh circumference \> 78cm
* Anesthesia other than spinal anesthesia
* Simultaneous bilateral total knee arthroplasty
* The patients who disagreed the enrollment of this study
