Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
* Patients with an indication for hysterectomy ( i.e. pain, bleeding and pressure symptoms)
Exclusion Criteria:
* Genital malignancy
* Uterine size more than 16 weeks
* Coagulation defects or concurrent anticoagulant therapy
* Pregnancy
* Compromised cardiopulmonary status
* Contraindications for general anesthesia
