* childerns with 10 to 14 years
* childerns with normal weight less than 30kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria:
* Childerns with any cardiorespiratory issues
* Childerns who have gone through CVA,hemophilia, dystrophy and conditions which impact cardiorespiratory status
