Eligibility Criteria:
Inclusion Criteria:
1. \>=18 years old
2. Primary Glioblastoma is newly diagnosed and confirmed histologically
3. Patient is expected to be treated with temozolomide and followed up routinely at the study site.
4. Willing to sign the informed consent
Exclusion Criteria:
1. Currently enrolled in any other clinical study
2. History of any other malignancies
3. Refusal to give consent
4. No available tumor tissue for IDH analysis.
