Inclusion Criteria:
* Health service staff and employee in the Region of Southern Denmark.
* Tendency to depressive symptoms in the winter season SPAQ\>7.
Exclusion Criteria:
* clinical diagnosis sarcoidoses
* tuberculosis
* bipolar affective disorder
* schizophrenia
* hypercalcemia
* hyperphosphatemia
* pregnancy
* hyperparathyroidism
* reduced kidney function
